Following is our shipping information. We primarily ship using UPS, but occasionally we will use the USPS. Shipping times may vary.
Most items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received,
and should arrive to you within 7-10 days of your order.

If you wish to have your item sooner,
please request shipping prices for 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select in your notes during
checkout. We will contact you with exact shipping charges based on weight. You will
be asked to approve these charges before the order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We've taken great care in selecting very unique and special children's products that will
delight you. We love them all and sincerely hope you will, too.
If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive,
you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the
full cost of the item.
Please note: shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Custom made clothing may only be returned for alterations/exchange.
To return an item:
- Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip.
- If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
It'll help us to do better next time.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.
- Ship the package via UPS or insured mail to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse.
Look for an exchange within a few short weeks.
Credit card refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days, but please
know it can take a whole billing cycle for it to appear.

Some of our products need assembly, and some are delivered fully assembled. Please email us
